Role Description

We're seeking a Technical Product Manager to join Kovr.

AI, playing a pivotal role in driving product and corporate growth and execution across the company. You'll leverage deep technical expertise alongside business acumen to bridge engineering, product, delivery, and business teams. You'll own end-to-end product initiatives, from coordinating customer success to product roadmaps, while working directly with our CEO, CTO, and founding team to scale our AI solutions, enhance customer service, and drive revenue growth.

In this role, you'll define product roadmaps, translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders, and ensure our products meet both technical excellence standards and market needs. You'll be instrumental in establishing product processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and positioning Kovr.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Strong technical background in AI/ML with ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and system design
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or similar cloud/platform companies
• Experience building products with AI
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and developer-focused tools
• Track record of working with APIs, SDKs, and platform products
• Understanding of AI model deployment, scaling, and infrastructure challenges
• Previous experience as first or early product hire at a startup
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product analytics tools
