The Internal Strategy Consultant is a newly created role within our organization. You can make a huge impact immediately. This person will play a key role in supporting the development and dissemination of content for both internal and external audiences, including investors, owners, and the broader C5MI ecosystem. This is a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to handle tight deadlines.

This position is primarily responsible for enabling strategy development and driving communication initiatives that support C5MI’s direction for growth.

• Develop, edit, and manage content for presentations, reports, and communications shared with investors, owners, and internal teams.
• Sharing Market Research intelligence, data analysis to dissect this information and strategize how to use it for C5MI
• Collaborate with leadership to articulate and communicate C5MI’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and key business objectives.
• Support the creation of messaging grids, brand narratives, and strategic communications that align with C5MI’s mission and values.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for investor meetings, quarterly updates, and external presentations.
• Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and live events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate strategy into compelling content.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in investor relations and strategic communications to continuously improve content quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Must have Gov Con experience
• Proven experience in content creation, strategic communications, or investor relations.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills using Power Point
• Ability to translate complex strategies into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and content management systems.
