Position: Business Analyst with Security Clearance
The Business Analyst will support data-focused and Zero Trust-aligned initiatives by gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying cross‑program touchpoints, and ensuring that delivered work meets stakeholder needs. This role is responsible for translating business needs into actionable requirements, mapping those requirements to work activities, identifying gaps, and coordinating with technical and mission partners to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis
* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observations.
* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, system requirements, and supporting documentation. Process Analysis & Improvement
* Conduct gap analyses between current and desired future states.
* Develop and refine process maps, workflows, SOPs, and other process documentation to support program needs. Cross‑Program Coordination
* Identify dependencies, integration points, and overlaps across data and Zero Trust-related efforts.
* Map requirements to work activities and highlight risks, issues, or areas needing clarification. Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate with program managers, technical teams, data stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities.
* Facilitate discussions to clarify needs, remove ambiguity, and support decision-making. Systems & Data Analysis
* Analyze system functionality to ensure alignment with defined requirements and support testing or validation as needed.
* Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support program insight and decision-making. Qualifications
* Minimum 12 years of relevant Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst experience.
* Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
* Proven experience developing and maintaining business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
* Demonstrated experience conducting gap analyses and documenting workflows and SOPs.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a track record of working across diverse technical and mission teams.
* Experience supporting system analysis, validation, or testing efforts.
* Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support analytical needs. #CJ The Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
