Location: Remote

Salary: $120-126K/year on W2

SAP NS2 Business Support Manager:
This position will be responsible to manage multiple customer onboarding projects as well as other assigned duties. Main tools included Service Now, Focused Run, Excel, MS Project and MS Word. Main project management process is utilizing the waterfall approach but at times agile methodology may be used. Other activities will include various reporting on SAP Analytical Cloud and Service Now.

Must be process oriented and very analytical. Role will need to communicate to all levels of management.

• Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams, including Technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance
• Project will cover a range of cloud services and a variety of hyperscalers. Knowledge of the cloud is mandatory
• Customers will be onboarding various SAP products. Knowledge of SAP applications is a plus
• Communicate various report and project status, issues and risks timely to all stakeholders, cross functional teams and managers.
• Help manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects, to include carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations/solutions
• Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement
• Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience
• 5+ year of Technical Project/Program management experience
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
• 3+ years of experience within an SAP environment
• Assists with the development, updating and maintaining of procedures and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills including Excel
• A high standard for work ethic and quality is required
• Experience working with highly technical teams
• Strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project is required.
• Experience with Service Now is preferred.

• 5+ years Technical Project/Program Management experience (Managing large-scale, cross-functional technical projects)
• Cloud Experience (3+ years minimum)
• Knowledge of SaaS, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud onboarding
• SAP Environment Experience (3+ years minimum)
• Exposure to SAP applications, implementations, or onboarding
• Strong Analytical Skills (Advanced Excel required)
• Reporting, risk tracking, performance monitoring, data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Project)
• Project planning, scheduling, documentation, status reporting
