Position: GWAC PMO Director with Security Clearance
Responsibilities & Qualifications The GWAC / IDIQ PMO Director is a leader responsible for managing, scaling, and driving growth across the company's portfolio of pre-competed federal contract vehicles, including GWACs and IDIQs (e.g. GSA Alliant 3, GSA OASIS+, GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)). This role blends strategic leadership with hands on execution to deliver task order wins, ensure compliance, and optimize performance across the contract lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own and execute the overall strategy for GWAC and IDIQ vehicles, aligning opportunities with corporate growth objectives
* Maximize the company's overall task order response and win rate
* Lead pursuit efforts, including bid shaping, teaming negotiations, and proposal development for task orders
* Manage the full lifecycle of GWAC/IDIQ contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and contractual requirements
* Build and maintain an extensive partner network to increase the company's task order response
* Drive task order performance across financials, schedule, quality, and risk
* Establish and maintain standardized PMO processes, reporting, and best practices
* Serve as a interface with federal customers, partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
* Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to senior leadership on contract vehicle and growth strategy
* Collaborate closely with Business Development, Capture, Proposals, Pricing, Solutions, and Operations teams to support pipeline growth and execution
* Ensure timely submission of deliverables and contract modifications
* Promote continuous improvement, scalability, and operational efficiency across the PMO REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 10+ years of federal contract or program management experience, including 5+ years in leadership or PMO roles
* Proven experience managing GWACs and IDIQs such as GSA MAS, Alliant, OASIS, SEWP, or CIO‑SP3
* Demonstrable success securing task order wins through creative teaming, capture and proposal leadership
* Proven experience working with one or more tools or solutions for task order management
* Demonstrated network of industry partners across federal IT Services, Infrastructure Modernization, Cloud, and Systems Integration functional areas
* Strong background in federal business development, capture, or program management
* High degree of organizational talent in order to leverage matrixed company resources in a fast-paced environment
* Deep understanding of government procurement processes, market trends, and competitive dynamics
* Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
* Experience supporting both federal civilian and DoD agencies
* Background in IT services, cybersecurity, or systems integration
* Proficiency with MS Office 365, CRM tools, and Share Point  
* Active or eligible for security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)
