5+ years of Service Now solution architecture from a development background
Minimum of 5 years of experience with common web technologies and networking (e.g. XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.)
Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the Service Now integration solutions including: SSL, REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON
Expert knowledge of the Service Now platform and Service Now ITSM, ITOM and ITAM suite of applications
Experience developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology
Micro-services architecture knowledge, enterprise integration patterns
Ability to design, architect and configure multiple applications / modules in the Service Now platform with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, ITBM, Compliance, Vulnerability Response, Integrated Risk, among others
Ability to design, architect and configure complex integrations between Service Now and third-party applications
Strong communication and customer relationship skills, and the ability to adjust for audience appropriately

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement core configuration user stories with some guidance.
User stories could cover service catalog, catalog items/record producers, knowledge bases/knowledge articles, notifications, assignment rules using advanced work assignment, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) configurations and workflows.
Implement reports and dashboards.
Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria.
Conduct peer reviews of other developer's user stories.
Provide technical documentation as required.
Ensure all Service Now certifications are kept current with new releases.

Senior Service Now Developer
PURPOSE:
To architect, develop, implement, integrate, manage, and administer Service Now solutions for large enterprise customers in the role of a Senior Developer.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement core configuration user stories with minimal guidance.

Implement integrations utilizing Integration Hub and relevant Spokes.
Implement reports and dashboards.
Execute unit testing to ensure that implemented user stories meet acceptance criteria.
Conduct peer reviews of other developer's user stories.
Provide technical documentation as required.
Develop, manage, and configure Service Now applications, modules, enhancements, product development, and some system administration tasks.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers on best practice approaches to implement required functionality involving technical leads as required.
Other duties as necessary for meeting performance expectations and/or assigned to Employee from time to time by Intact.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience with software design and development
3+ years of experience with Service Now development, including core platform.
Multiple implementations of Service Now modules within the last 2 years.
Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, Angular
JS and CSS.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Ideal candidate would possess CSA, CAD, and a minimum of 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and 5 micro-certifications (or would acquire these certifications within 6 months of hire)
