CGI has an immediate need for a SDET to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest customers. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies.

This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SDET to join our team. This role is ideal for a testing professional with deep expertise in end-to-end testing across complex systems, test automation, and Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will lead testing efforts for major enterprise initiatives, leveraging modern tools and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Prior experience and familiarity with Multifamily technology are essential.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Extensive experience in end-to-end testing across integrated systems.
. Strong proficiency in test automation using:
Karate for API and service testing Selenium (Java) for UI automation Rest Assured and Postman for RESTful service validation
. Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, S3, Lambda, etc.) for cloud-based testing.
. Expertise in Test Data Management frameworks for creating and managing test scenarios.
. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
. Ability to lead testing efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Experience mentoring junior SDETs and QA engineers.
. Preferred:
Familiarity with performance testing tools, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or Git Lab.
. Relevant certifications in software testing or cloud technologies are a plus.
. 5+ years of relevant experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $95,800.00 - $.
