This role requires 10+ years in Agile delivery and significant SAFe transformation experience. The RTE will lead and support teams' transition to Lean-Agile practices, coach leadership, and ensure alignment across Agile Release Trains. A SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent certification is mandatory. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this transformational role.
