Job Summary
This position involves managing complex, strategic projects in the field of technical innovation and instructional design.

Responsibilities- Oversee the lifecycle of course development and learning solutions.
- Oversee the creation and management of learning modules and instructional content.
- Coordinate with experts to translate technical requirements into learning objectives.
- Lead testing and quality assurance phases, incorporating feedback into final production.
- Manage detailed project schedules reflecting dependencies and resource allocations.
- Maintain financial forecasts and labor models to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Minimum of seven years of experience leading complex, strategic projects.
- Experience with curriculum development, LMS integrations, or EdTech product launches.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification highly desired.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and content authoring tools.
- Ability to translate technical language into executive-level reports.
