We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead our efforts in optimizing and transforming client business processes through strategic Service Now implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process consulting within the Service Now ecosystem, showcasing a profound ability to deliver high-impact solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and scalability. This role demands deep engagement with clients to understand their strategic goals, coupled with the leadership to guide teams through complex Service Now solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Lead in-depth analysis of client's current business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation using Service Now.
• Develop comprehensive business process re-engineering strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and actionable Service Now implementation plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on Service Now capabilities and industry best practices to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of Service Now projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and high adoption rates of new processes and systems.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs to clients, empowering them with the knowledge to maximize the benefits of their Service Now investment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience
• 5+ years of proven experience in business process consulting, with a strong focus on Service Now solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Service Now implementation projects with significant business impact.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Service Now’s platform capabilities and how they can be leveraged to solve business challenges.

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience mentoring team members.
• Certification in Service Now System Administration or Service Now Implementation Specialist is a plus.
