Position: Senior Program Manager with Security Clearance
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Program Manager (Senior) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. This position supports CIO-6, which manages and operates JWICS. The role will contribute to the JWICS Modernization initiative by providing senior-level program and project management engineering and technical support, overseeing complex programs that enhance the operational effectiveness, efficiency, and resiliency of JWICS architecture across all Division functions.

Responsibilities:
Supervises, coordinates, and exerts authority for planning, organizing, controlling, integrating, and completing projects
Knowledgeable and has experience in requirements definition, work planning, budget control, communication methods and procedures
Manages program issues pertaining to personnel, funds, and delivery of contractual items
Evaluates complex program requirements and developments while providing guidance, decisive resolutions, and expert advice
Enforces work standards, develops schedules, reviews work discrepancies and communicates policies
Assists in ensuring that staffing, facilities, and equipment are adequate for the successful completion of projects
Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems Qualifications Active TS/SCI and willingness to take CI Polygraph Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements
Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Master's degree from accredited institution OR Bachelor's degree + an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 13 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree
