ResponsibilitiesEmpower AI partners with leading enterprise technology platforms to help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes, with a strong focus on Service Now-based digital workflows that support modernization, transformation, and operational efficiency.
The Service Now Developer is a hybrid role combining hands‑on Service Now development with partner co‑sell execution and ecosystem leadership. This individual serves as both a technical contributor and a trusted partner-facing lead—strengthening Empower AI’s Service Now delivery capability while improving our standing, performance, and visibility within the Service Now partner ecosystem.
This role is focused on execution, solution development, and partner-backed growth, not events or sponsor ships.
Service Now Development & Technical Leadership
- Design, configure, and deliver Service Now solutions across core platform capabilities
- Translate customer and internal requirements into scalable Service Now workflows
- Support pre‑sales and solution shaping with technical input
- Serve as a hands‑on technical resource to demonstrate delivery credibility
- Stay current on Service Now releases and best practices
- Support joint growth efforts with Service Now partner teams
- Identify and co‑pursue Service Now‑backed opportunities
- Coordinate deal registration and joint pursuit activities
- Build with Service Now partner managers and sellers
- Track certifications, references, and partner program requirements
- 7 years of Service Now development or technical consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Hands‑on experience with Service Now platform configuration
- Familiarity with Service Now partner ecosystem and co‑sell motions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:
- Sitting for long periods
- Ambulate throughout an office
- Ambulate between several buildings
- Travel by land or air transportation 10%
