As a senior HUMINT Targeter on our team, you'll lead a team communicating information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced. You'll collaborate and with other U.S. Intelligence Community ( IC ) members on information sharing and driving future collection requirements.

You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to grow your expertise, learn new skills and tools, and share your met hodologies with other analysts. * Experience publishing knowledge-level briefs, notices of intelligence potential, and requests for requirements to alert the intelligence community on source availability and information

* Knowledge of preparing Intelligence Information Reports ( IIRs ) and summaries from collected data citing specific requirements

* Knowledge of Micro sof t Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Power Point

* Knowledge of IC databases and tools

* Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence

* Ability to create and update continuity books or databases on intelligence requirements

* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

* Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

* Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience as an all-source analyst supporting military intelligence or national security, including CI or HUMINT, or 12+ years of experience as an all-source analyst supporting military intelligence or national security, including CI or HUMINT, in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have:
* Experience in the U.S. IC in a Geographic, Functional Command, or IC agency

* Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to planners and policy makers Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
