Agile Project Manager

Overview

CGI has an immediate need for an Agile Project Manager with SDET to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced team environment supporting one of the largest customers. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side‑by‑side in an agile environment using emerging technologies.

The Agile Project Manager – Modeling supports agile delivery teams within a complex enterprise software environment. This role is responsible for guiding teams in the effective use of agile practices while ensuring alignment with broader program goals, governance standards, and delivery timelines. The position requires close collaboration with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles, with hands‑on experience applying them in real‑world delivery environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple agile teams, dependencies, and delivery timelines simultaneously
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey progress, risks, and priorities
• Comfortable partnering with product owners and business leaders to refine priorities and define measurable goals
• Skilled in identifying risks, resolving impediments, and driving alignment across teams and support functions
• Proficiency with agile and financial management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Apptio
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery transparency
• Agile certification (such as SAFe, Agile Project Management, or similar) preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit‑based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $95,900.00 - $.
