Whiteboard Federal is looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to provide mission‑critical system support to our customers. This role will work closely with the development team and other technology stakeholders to maintain, develop, and support enterprise products in an Agile environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Build, deploy, and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
- Automate tool deployment to AWS/Azure environments and other tasks.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation.
- Research, design, develop, and modify enterprise‑wide systems and applications.
- Use tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, Confluence, and Git to improve delivery speed.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide customer support for software, systems, and applications.
- Develop automated testing frameworks within Dev Ops processes.
- Understand network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, TCP/IP).
- Experience with Cloud Formation, Azure Resource Manager, or Terraform.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes‑based scalable architectures.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Professional experience in a technical field.
- Experience setting up and configuring Dev Ops services in support of stakeholders.
- Certifications in cloud‑based technologies.
- Knowledge of government security architecture and/or secure coding practices.
- Experience generating and maintaining artifacts such as certificates and dependencies.
- Experience with Python or other highly desirable languages.
- TS/SCI+ clearance required.
