$55 / hour

• Assist with the management of web environment design, deployment, development, and maintenance activities; perform testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications.
• Focus on digital content development and management, look and feel, and the user experience; collaborate with staff and management throughout the organization to ensure that project teams' web-based communications goals are clearly defined and met.
• Oversee digital communication channels, mini‑sites, and applications to align with corporate communication strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Lead change processes for all sections of internal and/or customer‑facing web pages, performing constant quality assurance and proofreading checks to ensure all products are posted properly and with accuracy, including language, grammar, spelling, style, and Section 508 compliance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff by overseeing the development of web site technical architecture, database design, and user interface including programming requirements.
• Maintain, edit, approve, and publish web content with periodic audits; develop detailed test plans, execute system test cases, and provide feedback.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in web content management with progressively responsible web project management experience.
• Expertise in Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects while keeping content owners informed and aware of potential problems.
• Ability to think globally and understand how content edits on one area of any particular web property may impact other areas of and/or related websites.
• Ability to communicate challenges in a non‑technical manner to internal content/business owners.
• Proficiency with web content management systems (Team Site, SharePoint, etc.).
• Proficiency with web usability methodology and standards.
• Advanced skills with web development software and coding (Dreamweaver, Adobe Professional, HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Advanced experience with managing digital media, including web‑based video and audio files.
• Ability to apply web analytics to ensure good web design and usability standards are met.
