Network/Systems Administrator (Clearance Required)

Whiteboard Federal is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide mission‑critical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and system engineering personnel to document, coordinate, and communicate releases.

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures.
• Maintain cloud/on‑prem hybrid architectures.
• Provide day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Configure and manage operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows).
• Managing security and policies.
• Troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Perform moderately complex network designs using existing technology.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes‑based scalable architectures.

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated professional experience in supporting IT environments.
• Hands‑on experience using scripting for task automation, data transfer, etc.
• Monitor application and operating system performance; analyze, document and remediate incidents.
