Our Intelligence Sector provides solutions to the United States Government for information collection, operations, exploitation and dissemination, and research activities. Our team specializes in software development, cloud architecture, systems and network engineering, systems integration, agile management, as well as targeting operations and intelligence analysis.

We support our mission customers with cyber network operations, exploitation and defense, signals intelligence, human intelligence, and critical missions and networks.

• Provide business analysis expertise and project support to Customer Engagement project teams.
• Work closely with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using interviews, workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, and other techniques.
• Define and document customer business processes, including process diagrams, data maps, test plans, and test scripts.
• Perform process re‑engineering and collaborate with project teams to design, configure, test, and maintain the client’s AEON platform.
• Track and document changes to functional and business specifications; write detailed procedures for testing, knowledge capture, and training.
• Perform quality assurance review and validation of internal and external delivery deliverables.
• Test projects by business and functional design, following best practices for quality assurance.
• Record and track defects uncovered during test execution and assist in defect resolution.
• Provide on‑site user support to help users effectively utilize the implemented solution.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Minimum 5+ years of business analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Power BI or advanced Pivot Table skills.
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM processes and methodologies.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and its application to Agile development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen to and relate to customers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Team‑player who is willing to help other team members.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Experience with Tableau or Cognos.
• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Lifecycle or commercial contracting.
• Knowledge of Federal financial systems or commercial accounting.
• Ability to develop training materials and conduct end‑user training sessions.
• Experience with Federal government contracting and/or program office business processes.
