A Summit Developer designs, develops, and maintains software, often for financial platforms like FINASTRA Summit, requiring strong C/C++, SQL, and scripting (Perl/Shell) skills, deep knowledge of SDLC, OOPS, and experience with trade life cycles, payments, and banking systems, collaborating with BAs and testers in Agile environments to support complex financial applications.

• Design, code (C/C++, Python, Java), test, and debug applications.
• Handle trade processing, accounting, payments, settlements, risk management, and reporting.
• Work with Business Analysts, stakeholders, testers, and release managers.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support (BAU).

• Technical: C/C++, SQL (Oracle), Perl/Shell scripting, Unix/Windows, OOPS, RESTful APIs, Cloud (AWS), Containerization (Docker).
• Expertise in FINASTRA Summit (V6+) is often required.
• Banking/Finance business knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
