• Build and enhance applications leveraging .NET frameworks

• Implement and manage cloud‑based solutions on Microsoft Azure
  , including resource provisioning, monitoring, and optimization for cost and performance.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and consistent delivery of software updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration patterns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Apply best practices in API management, security, and governance to maintain compliance and system integrity.
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive analysis and tuning.

• Mentorship & Team Support – Skilled in guiding and supporting junior developers and offshore teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure project success.
• Technical Discovery & Documentation – Adept at conducting technical discovery of source and destination systems, creating detailed technical flow diagrams, and documenting comprehensive technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Experienced in engaging with IT leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across technical and business objectives. Comfortable with client‑facing responsibilities and maintaining visibility throughout project lifecycle.
