Join a dynamic team as an IT Systems Analyst supporting a small site of ~100 employees. This role is a true utility player, focusing on infrastructure from an application perspective to ensure smooth IT operations, support business applications, and drive process improvements.
OverviewIT Systems Analyst – Onsite in Reston, VA; salary up to $120,000; supports a small site of ~100 employees with a focus on IT infrastructure from an application perspective to ensure smooth IT operations, support business applications, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure and application systems.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems.
- Collaborate with business units to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Manage vendors and evaluate new technologies for efficiency gains.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy standards.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams
. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- SAP experience is a plus
.
