Salesforce Solution Architect

Innovizant LLC, a leading-edge global IT Services organization, is seeking a skilled professional for a Full Time (Direct Hire) position in Reston, VA.

The company provides innovative and value-driven business analytical solutions leveraging data science, data engineering, and decision science to assist financial services clients in achieving their business goals.

The successful candidate will use modern tools, techniques, and methods to develop, modify, or update applications used by business units or infrastructure units.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team in writing deployment scripts and emphasizing automated deployment, infrastructure automation solutions, and continuous delivery process.
• Working with product owners and development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in large/complex development projects.
• Creating or updating documentation in support of development efforts, including detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams, or design documents.
• Participating in code reviews with peers and managers to ensure that each increment adheres to the original vision as described in the user story and all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns.
• Responding to trouble/support calls for applications in production to make quick repairs and keep the application in production.
• Serving as a technical lead for an Agile team and actively participating in all Agile ceremonies.
• Mentoring or providing technical guidance to less experienced staff and leveraging Client’s Dev Ops tool stack to build, inspect, deploy, test, and promote new or updated features.

Qualifications:

• EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of related experience.
• SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum 8 years of professional experience with the Salesforce eco-system, at least 4 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform, and a solid understanding of delivery methodology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce infrastructure, security, and related cloud technologies, as well as strong client management and executive-level communication skills. At least two certifications in Salesforce are highly preferred.
