Synergy BIS is seeking a dynamic, innovative, Business Development Director to drive growth efforts focused primarily on defense and local civilian agencies. As a key member of the growth team, this highly‑visible position will work with the Synergy executive team, program teams, and technology partner teams to develop relationships with customers and partners, identify, qualify, and execute opportunity capture, and drive demand creation activities to position Synergy BIS for success.
The core function of this position is to synthesize customer needs, market trends, company capabilities, and relevant policies, and then translate this information into effective account development strategies and plans. This involves collaborating with other growth team members, technology leaders, and program staff. The ideal candidate should also have a strong customer success focus, as it is crucial to effectively communicate issues and identify how customers can leverage Synergy BIS's capabilities to address their current and future challenges.
Responsibilities:- Identify and develop DoD pipeline with a focus on software development, low‑code no‑code platform, cloud, and AI opportunities
