Requirements (Must Have)
10+ years of hands-on Service Now solution design and development (not a super-user), with deep experience across ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB .
Experience with
ITOM, Sec Ops, and GRC is strongly preferred.Proven experience leading technical teams through full project and development life cycles (guiding, not managing engineers).
Ability to architect and design end-to-end solutions
, translate requirements into technical direction, and guide the team through execution.Recent hands-on coding experience
, including building and customizing integrations and complex platform solutions.Demonstrated people and project leadership
, with direct involvement in every stage of delivery.Must be able to clearly articulate what you built, why you made certain decisions, and how you drove outcomes,the interview will dive deeply into your personal contributions and technical reasoning.
A track record of professional growth from developer engineer technical lead architect
.Role is approximately 50% development / 50% solution architecture
