The Specialist acts as a liaison, coordinating efforts across multiple practices to ensure client‑facing documents are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Responsibilities also include managing the entire lifecycle of each services document, mentoring less experienced team members, performing quality assurance reviews, maintaining team process documentation, and supporting process improvement initiatives as directed by team management.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Verify that correct cybersecurity professional services content is applied to the document, including applicable assumptions, terms, etc.
  • Ensure formatting is consistent with the company's Style Guide.
  • Apply client‑specific information, including agreement references, negotiated terms & conditions, etc., as applicable.
  • Coordinate communications between internal stakeholders—sales, technical, accounting, contracts—to keep everyone informed.
  • Update ticketing records to ensure open status tracking for internal parties.

  • Review client edits and facilitate approvals as needed.
  • Finalize documents for delivery to end client, including coordination of electronic signatures.
  • Maintain internal company document tracking and version control across the document creation and revision lifecycle.
  • Create and review SOWs and Change Orders.
  • Assist other team members through the SOW creation process, including quality assurance review of documents.
  • Creation and/or maintenance of team process documentation.
  • Review new and/or revised offering templates.
  • Assist team leadership with strategic planning of team processes, business systems, etc., for process efficiency.
  • Proofread and edit existing content; rewrite if necessary.
  • Research additional information needed to ensure accuracy of documents.
  • Verify requests are completed timely.
  • Assist team with maintenance of internal process documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
