Senior Director, National Programs Growth & Strategy – Peraton

Responsibilities- Lead a team of business development executives to build and prosecute a strong pipeline of opportunities across the Intelligence Community
- Partner with Peraton leadership to develop and execute the growth strategy for the National Programs (NP) Business Unit
- Support organic growth of the NP business through engagement with program managers and government customers
- Develop executive call plans to promote Peraton capabilities and identify on-contract growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the VP of Business Development Space and Intelligence, VP/GM of the Business Unit, and other executives to grow the overall pipeline and support capture activities for large pursuits
- Lead high-priority pursuits from assessment through proposal, providing hands-on BD management for pursuit, capture, and proposal execution
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS and 18+ years of experience, including at least six years in a managerial role
- 12+ years of experience with the Intelligence Community
- Strong understanding of Intelligence Community missions and operations with relevant industry and government relationships
- Experience developing corporate-wide growth strategies and strategic plans to grow a civil space business
- Proven experience in business development and capture management, supporting opportunity pipelines and leading captures of $100M+
- Top Secret security clearance obtainable

- Master's degree
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- PMP certification
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
Target Salary Range: $176,000 - $282,000. Salary is determined by scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, competencies, geographic location, and contract considerations. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply.
