• Lead the assessment and documentation of current and target-state processes and functional requirements across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with customers and enterprise developers to formulate policies and plans that support enterprise goals.
• Implement efficient end-to-end processes and maximize the use of existing IT assets.
• Align strategic goals and objectives with key business and IT initiatives.
• Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using industry-standard techniques, frameworks, and best practices.
• Design, develop, deploy, and manage applications on EKS and other cloud platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience, including leading teams on projects of similar scope and complexity.
• Proven experience as a lead developer for projects with comparable responsibilities and challenges.

• Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, application servers, database servers, and system architecture.
• Advanced expertise in Python and other modern programming languages to address business needs.
• Expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and managing applications on EKS
  .
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services.
• Solid understanding of microservices and containerization.
• Git Lab and Terraform knowledge is a huge plus.
• Experience with AI and gen AI tools (person like this is preferred) modern techstack.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies is a plus.
