The OpportunityWe’re looking for an ambitious HR professional with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of recruiting and people operations for our growing U.S. organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building structure where none exists, and wants to grow into broader HR leadership responsibility as the company scales.
You will work closely with leadership, global HR, and our PEO partner while helping shape the employee experience, hiring strategy, and HR infrastructure for our U.S. team. You should be comfortable operating with autonomy, speed, and evolving priorities in a scaling environment.
This role is expected to expand in scope as our U.S. organization grows.
Reporting Structure- Reports to: President & CEO
- Works closely with: U.S. leadership, global HR, Finance, Tri Net
- Team: Individual contributor with high ownership
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for U.S.
-based roles - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate interview processes and stakeholder alignment
- Manage offers and candidate communication
- Drive employer branding initiatives in the U.S. market
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Draft employment documentation and HR communications
- Serve as primary HR contact for U.S. employees
- Coordinate payroll and HR administration with Tri Net (PEO)
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Maintain HR systems and records
- Support performance reviews and HR programs
Build scalable HR processes as the company grows
What Success Looks LikeWithin your first year you will have:

- Ensured full compliance and clean documentation
- Improved candidate and employee experience
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience including recruiting + HR operations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and compliance fundamentals
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, international environment
- Experience working with a PEO (Tri Net or similar) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
