Human Resources Coordinator
Work Location: INCATech Office ONSITE, Reston VA
Employment Type: Full-time
- Administer and coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Support performance management processes and maintain employee evaluation records
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct and document investigations related to employee relations issues
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Administer benefits programs and support annual open enrollment
- Maintain Paycor HRIS and ensure accurate employee data and documentation
- Generate HR reports and metrics as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Self‑motivated, well‑organized, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- 0‑2 years of experience in Human Resources (at least one position/internship) and preferably up to 1 year in the recruiting process
- Experience coordinating or interest in employee benefit plans, recruitment, and compensation plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (strong preference for Paycor HRIS)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (AHRM‑SCP)
