Night Auditor

Job Summary

Are you friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending to guests’ needs, including registration, check-in, check-out, and cashiering, while ensuring accurate overnight accounting and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, welcoming, and committed to creating a positive guest experience.

• Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify credit card validity for reservations not already in-house
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
• Explain and provide promotional items to guests during check-in
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or concerns, offering alternative solutions when necessary
• Assist in covering other hotel areas as needed
• Complete accident report forms for any guest incidents
• Maintain and update the maintenance log for reported issues
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
• Greet every guest warmly and proactively
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service background required
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Well-organized and able to multitask effectively

Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
