The Radiology Technician Specialty performs radiographic procedures using fixed and portable units in the imaging department, nursing units, and Cardio/IR suites. Assists physicians in fluoroscopy using fixed and portable units. Practices radiation safety and observes universal precautions. Pursues professional development for continual improvement of patient care. Performs related work as required.
