Title:
Technical Targeting Analyst
Location:
Reston, VA Clearance: TS/SCI w/CI polygraph Responsibilities:
* Provide detailed all-source intelligence products to support HUMINT operations, including in-depth analysis of technologies and networks in support of operational planning
* Focus analytical efforts to identify, assist or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning
* Employ an array of analytical methodologies leveraged against targeting requirements in order to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic
* Leverage the greater intelligence community to support to create effects-based opportunities
* Produce various HUMINT specific targeting support products; utilizes client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status
* Conduct analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including TAC, VOLTRON, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, and other investigative related databases Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3 years of experience as a HUMINT Targeting Specialist or another agency/organizational equivalent
* Prior experience supporting enabling operations, either identifying and creating the opportunities or supporting ongoing operations
* Certification from the any of the following courses below (or their Title 50 equivalent):
Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
* Current TS/SCI w/CI polygraph Desired
Qualifications:
* Previous experience supporting enabling operations to include AFO/OPE
* Previous HUMINT operational background directly supporting and/or conducting full-spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO)
* Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF
* Previous support to Strategic Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues
