OSINT Policy Advisor

Job Description

Parsons is looking for a talented OSINT Policy Advisor to join our growing team!

• Provide technical expertise to the Government with conducting research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine at the Intelligence Community, DoD, Service, and Command levels.
• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
• Provide the organizational data operations for senior level government decision making.
• Provide support to the Government with Executive-level projects as well as analyze, assess, and develop future strategy and guidance governing client OSINT operations.

• Active TS/SCI, with active Poly or ability to obtain Poly within 6 months
• Bachelors and 12+ years of related experience. Additional education can count in lieu of years of experience, and additional years of experience can count in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of existing OSINT policies, procedures, and gaps from a branch, joint, and IC enterprise level perspective.
• Ability to define corrective actions in coordination with Program Oversight.
• Ability to manage a medium sized program staff that may include subcontractors or suppliers.
• OSINT and policy experience

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
