Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support corporate finance operations on the indirect cost and internal budgeting side of the business. This role will focus heavily on rates management, corporate forecasting, and financial planning for internal operating units. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the government contracting environment and be comfortable working independently while also providing mentorship to junior analysts.

• Lead corporate-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
• Manage and analyze indirect rate structures, including:
  • G&A rate development and allocation
• Track corporate expenditures and ensure internal operating units maintain profitability
• Provide ongoing scenario planning and monitoring to support leadership decision-making
• Develop and deliver clear management reporting and financial insights
• Partner with internal business leaders to support strategic planning and cost management
• Serve as a mentor and guide for two junior financial analysts
• Support continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and reporting processes

• 3–4+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Background in a government contracting (Gov Con) environment
• Strong expertise in rates management and indirect cost accounting (top priority)
• Hands-on experience with Costpoint (major plus)
• Proficiency in corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
