We are seeking a full-time Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will develop and maintain client relationships, evaluate and process mortgage applications, provide expert financial guidance, and collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely and accurate approvals. You will help customers navigate the mortgage process from start to finish while maintaining exceptional service to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Loan Officer duties and deep understanding of the Mortgage Industry
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting practices
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to enhance the client experience
- Active mortgage loan officer license in compliance with NMLS requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and sales goals
- Proficiency in technology and familiarity with mortgage processing software
- Experience in sales and financial advising is a strong asset
