  02 to 17 years
• Qualifications:
  
  Bachelors/Master’s in commerce/management/MBA/ICWA/CA/CS (Inter/Qualified)
• Procure-to-pay (P2P), Month-end Close/Accruals, General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation, Internal/External Audit Exposure, Legal Entity/Inter-company Accounting, Preparation/Review of Financial Statements (Trial Balance/Profit & Loss/ Balance Sheet, Schedules), Direct and Indirect Taxes
• Month-end processes (Flash/MOM Variance/Variance to Plan, Forecast, ME Closure), Planning & Forecasting, Reforecasting / Revenue, Detailed People Cost, Capex, OPEX planning / Variance Analysis / Stakeholder Management / Reporting – Internal / External (Lenders PPT, Organic Growth, LTM View)
• Order to Cash, Billing, Cash Applications, Collections, Credit Control, O2C, Vendor and Statutory Payments / Disbursement, Bank Reconciliation
• PPT, Excel proficiency is a must – V-lookup, H-Lookup, pivots, basic and advanced formulas for managing large datasets, data analysis, variance commentary, and executive presentations
• Experience with Workday / Adaptive is an added advantage
