Jones Networking is recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Closers to join a growing Residential Lending Firm in Reston, VA. $52,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Classification: Full Time, Exempt, Hybrid Remote (After the Training Period)

Reports to: AVP, Closing Manager

• Complete declining balance co‑ownership transactions between establishment, sellers, and borrowers after applications have been approved.
• Verify completeness of data on approved applications.
• Prepare closing packages.
• Ensure paperwork is sent to settlement attorney.
• Approve CD and wire money for closings.
• Review files as a check and balance for data integrity.
• Answer questions from buyers and sellers regarding details of transaction and obtain signatures of principal parties on necessary documents.

• Minimum two years experience in a closing position within a mortgage banking environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Associate’s Degree is a plus.
