Job Description:
  • Review and respond to the customers seeking technical assistance over the MISMO support mailbox.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting on VTT and PDD related questions by utilizing the SFPDM/PDD/VTT Technical Resources, MBS Guide, APMs, etc.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Categorize emails to using internal labels to direct emails to the appropriate parties and to reflect the status of the inquiry.
  • Direct non-Adoption team related questions to the next level of support personnel (BNYM Team, Account Executives)
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Record inquiries in the Service Now portal.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
