Your Impact- Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Reviews and responds to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and verbal communication.
- Provides excellent customer service and assists in the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure accurate account process recording.
- Oversees workflow and job balance among staff to meet account Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Communicates and trains the team on changes to workflow or procedures.
- Manages daily and monthly service activity records.
- Serves as main point of contact for daily client activity and attends client meetings when required.
- Acts in copy/print production, copier maintenance, mail/courier services, reception/office services, shipping/receiving, inventory, warehouse, and file services as assigned.
- Participates in cross-functional training to provide coverage when short‑staffed.
- Adapts site responsibilities based on client and division needs.
- Replicates all print requests accurately and efficiently.
- Reviews electronic files for print readiness, prints, punches, binds, assembles, sorts, laminates, and performs pre‑delivery quality control checks.
- Logs, delivers, and tracks all activity for reporting purposes.
- Responds promptly to customer requests and performs routine equipment upkeep.
- Records and tracks customer inquiries and request fulfillment.
- Performs daily convenience care functions as needed.
- Receives, sorts, and delivers all courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and classified USPS mail.
- Tracks courier and accountable items (Fed Ex, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
- Researches and routes unidentified and generic mail.
- Logs, delivers, and tracks messenger items.
- Responds to customer requests and maintains equipment upkeep.
- Records and tracks customer inquiries and request fulfillment.
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related customer service experience.
- Prior experience in a customer‑service environment.
- Good computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible to work overtime as needed.
- Requires security clearance and will take all necessary steps to obtain required clearances.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; may need to drive between client locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods.
Hourly Rate: $17.20 – $23.37
