Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support

Pay: Starting $50,000 per year

Hours:
M-F 8am - 5pm EST
Location: Reston, VA office (onsite five days per week, hybrid after training)
- Answer inbound calls to assist homeowners with various warranty concerns
- Understand each customer’s individual needs and determine the best course of action
- Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations
- Fully document each call accordingly
- Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficient typing skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers
- Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
