• Building strong working relationships with residents and guests by providing outstanding customer service.
• Coordinating and hosting resident events.
• Following up with residents who have submitted service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring building security.
• Publishing resident newsletter.
• Exhibiting a “can do” attitude.

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay Range: $18.44 – $20.00 per hour.

This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary depending on factors such as job experience, education, training, certifications, and additional compensation such as commissions or bonuses.
