RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transform written proposal content into clear, structured visual narratives
• Collaborate with proposal and capture teams to clarify intent and resolve ambiguity
• Rapidly revise graphics through iterative review cycles under compressed timelines
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, formatting requirements, and proposal instructions
• Maintain organized file management and version control across multiple active efforts
• Balance multiple graphics tasks across simultaneous proposal deadlines
• Support development of related marketing and digital assets as needed

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to convert written concepts into structured, process-driven visuals
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines while remaining creative and solution-oriented
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, Canva, and other similar design programs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with technical and leadership stakeholders

The Proposal Graphics Team Intern supports the development of compliant, high-impact visual solutions for competitive federal proposal submissions. This role requires strong visual storytelling skills, disciplined attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex written content into structured graphics such as process flows, CONOPs, organizational charts, and technical diagrams.

Working closely with Proposal Managers, Capture Managers, writers, and technical SMEs, the intern converts narrative strategy into clear visual representations that communicate execution, differentiation, and value. The role operates within strict brand, compliance, and formatting guidelines and requires adaptability to rapid feedback cycles, evolving requirements, and concurrent deadlines.

Success in this role demands creativity within structure, strong prioritization skills, version control discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse working styles.
