Throughout the program, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects, gain exposure to how teams collaborate, and explore your interests as you begin shaping what’s next in your career. You’ll be supported by your manager, dedicated project guides, and a structured mentorship program, as well as a broader intern community designed to help you learn and grow.

Additionally, you will participate in executive Q&A sessions and “day‑in‑the‑life” conversations with intern alumni & leaders across our organization, offering insights into career paths at Ellucian — many of which began through this very program.

Interns will collaborate as part of a small, innovative team focused on bringing authentic customer and student stories to life through engaging video content.

• Purpose & Impact:
  Help build and support a growing video content team that showcases real customer and student experiences, highlighting how Ellucian products positively impact individuals and institutions.
• AI‑Powered Creativity:
  Learn and experiment with emerging AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Synthesia, and others to support video ideation, creation, editing, and management.
• Customer & Student Storytelling:
  Capture, produce, and edit compelling stories from customers and students that demonstrate real‑world outcomes and meaningful impact.
• Sales Enablement Support:
  Partner with the sales team to create targeted video content that explains why specific products resonate with particular customer audiences.
• Content & Footage Collection:
  Capture video footage from events and personal student experiences that emotionally connect with prospective students and broader audiences.
