Role Description
This position is a career level 18P, and is located in Reston, VA with a role classification of Hybrid.
Possible Tasks within this Role Sales Operations Support (50%)- Support SDRO/RVP in data analysis, region presentation development, and ad hoc assignments.
- Assist in development and execution of regional incentive programs and offers for New and CPO.
- Assist SOM/SDRO in comprehensive monthly go‑to‑market strategy; includes coordination of monthly dealership kick‑off calls.
- Coordinate and communicate monthly/weekly forecasts for New/Pre‑owned business.
- Budgeting and tracking of purple folder process and region/area dealer incentives.
- Provide monthly accounting of region budget including tracking, analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate across regions to improve processes, planning, and advanced use of digital tools.
- Support and educate region colleagues with training for digital reporting tools (Tableau, etc.)
- Complete other tasks, projects, etc. to expectation and as assigned by SDRO or RVP.
- Manage the creation & distribution of Region communications to the Dealers and Field teams.
- Support region level events including annual Region meetings, bi‑annual Dealer sales meetings, and Dealer incentive trips.
- Act as the key liaison to region field team on distribution related topics and issues, including allocation, availability, ordering, and transportation.
- Support the RSOM with reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics with an emphasis on distribution related topics (inventory, allocation, accessories, etc.).
- Manage all of the preparation and publishing of the dealer allocation process (including Production, Pipeline Refill, and Bulk) to the field teams each month.
- Provide management with reports and presentations on vehicle ordering / allocation status and provide new model and model year changeover launch support.
- Operations – KPI tracking, ad hoc sales, inventory, and forecast reporting.
- Distribution – detailed inventory and build analysis, port installed accessory support.
- Network Development – Registration, sales effectiveness and market share reporting and analysis.
- Customer Enthusiasm – 5‑Star and loyalty reporting and analysis.
- Field – Provide daily sales and month‑end reporting primarily via Tableau, Area‑level incentive programs and sales contests.
3+ years of relevant experience.
EducationRequired:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business related field.
Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics;
Master’s degree in business analytics.

- Communication skills – written, verbal and presentation skills across multiple platforms.

- Meeting planning skills – designing effective and organized meetings while managing multiple inputs and vendors.
- Expertise in database tools – Business Objects, SQL, and Tableau.
- Expertise in MS Office Suite.
- Background in or knowledge of the Automotive Industry.
- Understanding and application knowledge of Salesforce.
