Role VisionUnder the direction of the General Manager, this role is responsible for performing day to day facility operational tasks in adherence with all company policies and procedures.
DescriptionServe as a key point of contact with members, with emphasis on providing the D1 customer experience.
Duties include:
- Energetic Active Front Desk Presence
- Setting up new memberships in D1 systems
- Daily check‑ins
- Collecting and processing payments
- Providing front desk sales and information
- Assisting with marketing events
- Managing retail sales
- Be the main point of contact for clients and future clients via all methods of communication (in person, phone, text & email)
- Engage with future clients to meet their needs, answering any questions they may have regarding D1 Training
- Actively sell all services offered by D1 Training in person, via phone, text and social media to achieve facility sales goals
- Coordinate & communicate with current and future members as needed
- Assist in creating engaging videos and stories for facility’s social media accounts
- Assist in grassroots marketing including the planning of community events
- Research and understand the current trends in fitness & athletic training community
- Participate in sales process alongside lead Recruiter and other facility leadership
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure clean and safe environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and with social media content and platforms
- Experience in customer interactions and providing a positive customer experience
- Effective time management and follow through skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders of the organization (owners, associates, customers, community leaders, D1 Leadership Team)
- Assure compliance with all company and governmental policies and procedures and laws
- Ability to market the D1 product effectively
- General experience in gym or training facility preferred
- Highly energetic with a “can do” attitude
- Passionate about changing lives through fitness, impacting the community and providing unmatched experiences
- Athletic background a plus
- Spanish speaker highly desired
Shifts are during Afternoon/Evenings.
Compensation: $14.00 - $.00 per hour.
