- Serve as the primary liaison to the BD Committee, ensuring governance, alignment, and timely reporting.
- Provide insights on and influence best BD practices accordingly.
- Lead development and delivery of BD training programs, documentation, and capability-building initiatives across GBUs including BD Core Process training.
- Champion customer-centric practices by driving Customer Engagement Plans (CEPs) and CBL training.
- Manage customer feedback loops (surveys, CPARs, scorecards) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Oversee BD process improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain BD and customer engagement dashboards; monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Monitor key metric data for win/loss rates and personnel statistics.
- Create yearly forecasts and manage the budget for all BD Committee support activities including CBL training.
- Represent and manage major activities such as the BD award process and quality audits.
- Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development, Customer Experience, or related strategic functions.
- Proven ability to communicate and influence across organizational boundaries, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and governance.
- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clear understanding of change management needs for implementation of new initiatives.
- Experience implementing complex, organization-wide initiatives and driving change management.
- Strong facilitation skills with a track record of leading effective training sessions and capability-building programs.
- Familiarity with BD processes, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., CRM systems, dashboards, reporting tools).
- Understanding of customer-centric frameworks and engagement methodologies.
