As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate in collecting, reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing business data to solve problems and/or make recommendations to improve business performance, as well as contribute to identifying opportunities for enhanced business efficiency and performance through data and technology.

The Access Management - Business Analysis - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Support team in determining business needs through understanding business unit operations.
- Gather data on business operations, human capital, and resources.
- Collaborate with team to determine areas for improved business performance.
- Contribute to identifying solutions to improve business performance.
- Compile business analysis results for customers.

Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
Skills
- Experience identifying and determining levels of risk to an organization's networks and systems using cybersecurity techniques and tools such as penetration testing, application security, and intel
- Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- Skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
- Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
Tools
- Experience using Share Point
- Skilled in LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)
- Experience using Cyber Ark
