Executive Administrative Assistant
Location:
Reston, VA
Duration: 3 Months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (Potential overtime with prior approval)
Pay Rate Range: $30 to $35/hr
Role SummaryThe Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, managing information requests, and performing various clerical functions. The role serves as an information and communication hub for the office, ensuring efficient operations and support for leadership.

- Prior Microsoft experience preferred
- Strong experience managing multiple executive calendars
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Review and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and distribution.
- Prepare agendas and logistics for committee, board, and team meetings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5–7 years of relevant experience required
- Experience supporting executives strongly preferred
- Prior Microsoft experience is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Able to take direction and adapt quickly
- Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
