About The OpportunityAs the Senior Office Administrator, you will serve as the backbone of our headquarters operations, overseeing daily office functions, facilities, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe, organized, and productive workplace. This on‑site role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on problem‑solving, and takes pride in keeping a fast‑paced office running seamlessly.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining an efficient, safe, and well‑organized corporate headquarters, while taking initiative to streamline processes and grow your career in office and facilities management.
Where you will make an impact- Serve as the go‑to person for all things office‑related, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and property management to ensure seamless office operations.
- Oversee facility requests and issues, assign tasks and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and maintain accurate records for office and facility activities.
- Keep office equipment and supplies running smoothly, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Administer the security access system, including employee s and temporary access.
- Monitor office and facilities budgets, ensuring spending is effective and controlled.
- Coordinate office moves, additions, and changes while updating floor plans and tracking space usage.
- Oversee day porter and janitorial staff, ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑maintained workplace.
- Act as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
- Provides administrative assistance to cross‑functional business units on an as‑needed basis.
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a corporate or facilities environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and problem‑solving with attention to detail.
- An excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels, including globally.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while fostering a collaborative culture.
- Flexible and willing to work occasional non‑standard hours to support business needs.
