Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Specialist of Supply Chain Logistics professional to collaborate with internal teams and external partners in managing shipping plans, procurement timing, freight documentation, and shipment communications. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, over three years of international logistics experience, knowledge of freight and customs terminology, strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining cross‑functional collaboration and communication.

What

You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with overseas and domestic personnel to create inter‑company ship plans.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Studio, Sales teams, global vendors, and freight forwarders to determine optimal initial procurement timing, quantity, and breakdown.
  • Manage the upload, documentation and filing of Freight invoices.
  • Manage the filing for all Receipts, Transfers, and Customs documents, for auditing purposes.
  • Maintain communication tools to keep all internal customers informed of shipment status.
What You’ll Bring
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of International Logistics experience.
  • A highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal, organizational, proven problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Ocean, Air and Ground freight, plus courier shipping.
  • Knowledge of logistics and customs terminology.
  • Ability to work and communicate with cross‑functional internal and external partners.
  • Proven track record of building partner relationships.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others through demonstrated expertise.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced work environment, while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions on a variety of issues, with the goal of minimal impact to the business and bottom line.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, required.

The base salary range for this position is $80,200.00 to $. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long‑term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
